Here are the prizes for the top seven spots

How to enter?

Users make and submit a video in one of the following categories:
• “My contacts are getting in the way of my good time”
• “My favorite sport or activity would be so much cooler with better vision”
• “You should see life after the iLASIK® Procedure”

Once users submit a video, they can ask their friends to look for their video and vote for it. Voting will determine which videos win a prize.
